We support a wide range of mental health needs, including:

  • Bipolar spectrum disorders (when clinically appropriate for telehealth)

We currently treat adults (18+) teens and children depending on the provider and state.

Telehealth has limitations, and certain clinical situations require in-person or higher-level care.
We cannot safely treat:

  • Active suicidal behavior or recent suicide attempts

  • High-risk self-harm

  • Schizophrenia or active psychosis

  • Severe substance use requiring detox or rehab

  • Unstable bipolar disorder or acute mania

  • Dementia or severe cognitive impairment

  • Emergency or crisis situations

  • Court-ordered evaluations

If any of these apply, we will help direct you to the appropriate care.

If you need help connecting, our team is available to assist.

You’ll need:

  • A smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera + audio

  • A stable internet connection

  • A private environment

  • Headphones (recommended if others are nearby)

No special software is required.

To ensure safe, high-quality care, all patients follow our monitoring schedule:

New Patients

  • Weekly visits for the first 4 weeks

New medication or dose change

  • Follow-up in 2 weeks

Controlled substances

  • Monthly follow-ups required

Established patients

  • Stable: Every 30–90 days

  • Symptom changes or medication adjustments: Every 2 weeks until stable

Follow-ups help your provider:

  • Monitor progress and side effects

  • Safely adjust medications

  • Meet clinical guidelines

  • Ensure you are improving and supported

Consistent care leads to better outcomes.

If prescribed, your medication will be sent electronically to your preferred local pharmacy. Most prescriptions are ready the same day.

What is your medication refill policy?

For safety and compliance:

  • Refills require a visit within the past 3 months

  • If your medication was changed, a 2 follow-up is required

  • Request refills through your patient portal or by calling (470) 944-5699

  • Allow 24–72 hours for processing

Pharmacies may offer a 7-day emergency supply if you’re out

We prescribe controlled medications only when clinically appropriate and safe.
Controlled substance refills require monthly visits.

We do not prescribe any medications that are unsafe to manage via telehealth.

Yes — we accept many insurance plans.
Coverage varies, so please call for insurance verification.

Cash-pay rates for an initial evaluation are $250, with a follow-up visits for $200.

To keep appointment availability open for all patients:

  • You must confirm your appointment before the session, by phone and fill out all necessary forms.

If we do not receive confirmation at least 2 hours in advance, or if you miss the appointment, a $100 cancellation fee may apply

We can complete certain forms and letters when clinically appropriate.

Policies:

  • You must be an active patient

  • You must have had recent visits supporting the request

  • Some forms may require additional appointments

  • Administrative fees may apply

We do not complete court-ordered evaluations or legal documentation

For routine communication:

  • Use your patient portal for secure messages

     

  • Call the office for scheduling or urgent administrative needs

     

Response time: 1–2 business days

Please note:

  • The portal is not for emergencies

     

  • Medication changes require a scheduled appointment

     

  • Same-day refills are not guaranteed

     

Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology, and all sessions are confidential.

By law, confidentiality may only be broken if:

  • You are in immediate danger

  • Someone else is in danger

Abuse of a minor, elderly adult, or vulnerable person is reported

Yes. With your signed consent, we can:

  • Share treatment updates

  • Collaborate on care plans

  • Provide medication history or recommendations

Collaboration helps ensure whole-person care.
